After spending a decade living off Brooklyn slice shops, Atlanta native Rob Birdsong came back home to raise a family.

But he still craved one thing he left behind—the satisfaction of a quick hot slice. Rob set out to make it happen here along the Beltline, with a vision that combines the convenience and cost of street food, with premium ingredients and artisan techniques.
